After my knee surgery, I rehabilitated with Alex, and it was a success! At the gym, Alex helped me a lot with a training schedule. I asked Alex for a challenging schedule, and boy, did I get one. It was a super diverse schedule, and despite being in a calorie deficit, I kept getting stronger and stronger. Alex's schedules are tough but definitely worth it if you're willing to go all in. He's a hardworking guy who wants to help you with everything! Definitely a great motivator and coach!
